Billie Jean (Foster) Conerly was born June 11,1933 in Kilgore, Tx. to Agnes (McDuff) Foster and Carl Henry Foster. She passed away 

February 19,2026 at the Joseph House, Lufkin, Tx.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-n-laws; Beverly McAdams, Charlotte (Paul) Potts, Lacy King (Curtis), Whitney Thomas-

Schwartz (Kevin) an son, Rusty Tucker. Sisters and brothers; Delmar and Ronald Tucker. Sisters and brother-in-law; Billy Kay

Rains and Donna (Maurice) Vincent; Sister-in-law, Carolann Foster.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Tom Conerly, her parents and brothers; Delmar and Ronaold Foster.

Pastor Roger Fancher will be officiating. 

The Family wishes to give heartfelt thanks to the Joseph House and Affinity Hospice for their kind care and support thru this

journey.
