Wanda Faye Nikolos

Wanda Faye Nikolos, born on February 25, 1949, in Lufkin, Texas, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2026, in Houston, Texas. She was a cherished mother who enjoyed the company of family. She enjoyed the word of God, crocheting, watching old westerns, going to the movies, dancing, ice cream, and playing with her loved dogs.

Wanda leaves behind her two sons, George Nikolos of houston Jerry Day and his wife Debbie of Massachusetts her grandkids Nate Day and Amber Binici and her husband Tony her two great grandchildren Manny and Andrew all of Massachusetts Gerri Stinnett, Ron Stinnett of Kentucky, Her sister Sissy of Lufkin Texas, and many loving nieces and nephews from Texas

As we remember Wanda, we also honor those who have preceded in death, her dear parents, Carrie and Jessie Wilkonson, her brothers Buddy, Bobby, Wick, Joe, and James, and her sisters Inez, and Dell. 

Wanda's legacy will live on through her children and the many lives she touched during her time. Her spirit and memories will be cherished by all who knew her.
