Troy L. Rhea

Troy Lynn Rhea also lovingly known as “T-Roy” was born on June 19, 1949 in McAllister, Oklahoma. Troy passed away December 30, 2021 in CHI St. Luke’s Memorial Hospital in Lufkin, Tx to a long fought illness. Troy was preceded in death by his dad; Roy D. Rhea on June 21, 2006 and his younger brother; Buddy Rhea on December 17, 2012. Those left to cherish his memories are his mother Elsie Rhea of Houston, Tx; brother, ED Rhea of Marshall, Tx; sister, Beverly and her husband Dennis Petersen of Houston, Tx; sister, Xochitl Welcome of Clear Lake, Tx; and loving wife of 40 years, Alice Rhea of Lufkin, Tx; sons, Michael D. Rhea and his fiancé Jennifer McGowan of Hoschton, GA and Michael E. Rhea and his wife Shelley Rhea of Lufkin, Tx; six beautiful grandchildren Mikey, Meghan, and Alex Rhea of Lufkin, Tx and Dakota, Hannah, and Ethan Rhea of Hoschton, GA; great-grandchild Chandler Rose Haga of Hoschton, GA; many nieces and nephews and far too many loving friends and extended family to mention by name.
