Shirley Pyburn

Shirley Sue Havard Pyburn, 84, of Lufkin was born on November 28, 1937 to the late Odis and Essie (Day) Havard. She passed away on April 24, 2022 in a local care facility. Cremation arrangements are under the care of McNutt Funeral Home of Lufkin. Shirley was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She loved her family and enjoyed reminiscing of yesteryear; loved her flowers, gardening, and dancing. She was a wonderful person and will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Survivors include her sons: Don M. Pyburn Jr. and wife, Connie and Stanley Pyburn and wife Judith; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; her brother: Burlin Havard and wife, Doris; as well as nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters: Joyce Marie Havard and Ruth Boles; brothers: Glen and Gaylon Havard; and great-grandson, Joe Pyburn.
