Lived in Waco, TX passed away in the hospital, was born in Houston, TX to Myra Louise Ridings (Evans) and Joe Milton Ridings.

Paul joined the Army right out of High School and became a chef. He loved cooking, riding motorcycles and camping out on the beach. He was a free spirit and never met a stranger.
