Harrel Wayne Davis

Harrel Wayne Davis, 78, of Bronson, TX. passed away November 25, 2025 with his loving wife by his side after an unexpected illness.

Wayne was born April 30, 1947 to Harrel and Faye Davis of Sour Lake, TX. He was the oldest of 8 children. Wayne graduated from Sour Lake High School, he owned and retired from Great Guns Inc. He spent his time gardening, fishing, traveling and was a deacon at Grayburg Baptist Church and later at First Baptist Sour Lake.

Wayne was preceded in death by his loving wife of 46 years Harriet Beth Davis and his parents. Wayne is survived by his wife, Janet Jacobson Davis; sons, Toby Davis and wife Wendy, Tracy Davis and wife Jennifer; six grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

A visitation will be held 11:00 AM Monday December 1, 2025 followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM at The Sour Lake Baptist Church, 765 6th St, Sour Lake, TX 77659.
