Earnest Anthony Grindle (Tony)of Nacogdoches died on Wednesday May 1, 2024, in San Augustine, Texas. He was 69 years old. He was born on July 18, 1954 in Nacogdoches to Lillian June Snyder Grindle and Homer George Grindle. He attended Cushing Texas schools. He worked on many different jobs. He is survived by brother, James Norman Grindle, Nacogdoches; sister Lena Hager (Jerry) Denver Colorado, sister, Lilly Wyatt (Joe) Whitehouse Texas; David Applegate, brother-in-law, Nacogdoches. His sister Hannah Applegate predeceased him in September 2023. He is survived by many nephews and nieces and cousins. He was greatly loved and will be missed
