Dan is survived by daughter; Amy Steele of Mesa, Arizona, brothers; Jerry Simonson, Denis Simonson, Larry Simonson all of Carthage, Texas. Stepson; Johnny Oliver of Pascagoula, Mississippi, stepdaughter; Cyndi Adams of Lufkin, Texas. 2 grandchildren, 7 bonus grandchildren, and 9 bonus great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Jerry and Donna Simonson, his wife; Joy, and stepson Rickie Oliver.
Cremation service will be handled by Lufkin Memorial Chapel.
