Alongside his mom Sheila and brother Caleb Toll, Billy shared moments full of life and love, creating memories that will forever linger. Billy had brought his mom (on her birthday) A Bird's nest. It was a beutiful and delicate nest. Nestled in his hands as a gift for his mom, Knowing that she would apreciate the beauty. This only displays his innate ability to lift others.

Billy’s innate ability to make others laugh, combined with his unyielding generosity and his invaluable talent, make the world a quieter place without him.
