Funeral services for Billie Jean Goins Bryce, 91, of Diboll will be held Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Chestnut Drive Baptist Church with Jerry Young officiating.
Internment will follow in the Ryan Chapel Cemetery in Diboll.
Mrs. Bryce was born June 9, 1933 in Lufkin, TX to Barney Benjamin and Nettie Mae (Anderson) Goins and died Thursday, May 22, 2025 in a local hospital. She resided in Diboll most of her life. Mrs. Bryce was a beautician for over 50 years. She was of the Baptist faith and accepted Jesus into her life October 31, 1943. She was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church in Diboll.
Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Belinda and Doug Bergman, and Sharon and Luis Rivera; sons and daughters-in-law, Stephen and Pam Bryce, David and Stacey Bryce, and Jerry and Davi Bryce; grandchildren, Stephanie Ray, Michael and Candice Bergman, Chris Byrd, Zachary and Gregory Bryce, Jacob and McKensi Bryce, Luis, Isabel and Joshua Rivera and T.J. Williams; great-grandchildren; Connor and Kelton Ray, Alexander Byrd, Zara Hardy, Felicity and Kilian Bergman. Brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Glenda Goins, Sister Waynette Patterson and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Orville Bryce; Daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Larry Byrd; granddaughter April Byrd; Father and mother Barney and Nettie Mae Goins; sisters Leta Hall and Sarah Mott; brothers Herman Goins, Benny Goins, and Jimmy Goins.
Pallbearers will be Chris Byrd, Zachary Bryce, Gregory Bryce, Jacob Bryce, Connor Ray and Noah Goins.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Michael Bergman, Joshua Rivera, Luis Rivera Jr, Kelton Ray, TJ Williams, Benjamin Goins Jr., James Goins, Barney Hall, Eddie Goins, Randy Patterson and Braydon McCarty
Memorial contributions may be made to Joe W. Elliott Hospitality House - St. Luke's Health Memorial - Lufkin, TX

She was known for her love for Jesus Christ, serving others and sharing her faith.
