Arthur Harvey Swartz Jr. born, November 13, 1951, passed away on August 3, 2019. Arthur was born in Houston, Texas to Arthur Swartz Sr. and Helen Swartz, who preceeded him in death. Arthur Leaves behind a Daughter, Desiree Lucas and her husband Chris Lucas, of Lufkin, a sister, Paula Santos and her Husband Joel Santos of Cleveland, Texas. Niece Kristina Florez and her husband Cruz Flores, and Nephew Brandon Santos. As well as 2 Grandchildren, Savannah Hill and Jeremy Albers Jr. and several great nieces and nephews. There will be no memorial service at this time.
