Kathey Ann Williams

Kathey Ann Williams, 62, of Lufkin, was born on February 29, 1960, to the late VJ and Charleen (Marshall) Cryer and passed away on April 18, 2022. Kathey Ann was a loving wife, mother, and Maw Maw who never met a stranger. She was fun-loving and her laugh was contagious; once you heard her laugh, you laughed too. She enjoyed every moment spent with her family; especially her grandkids and great-grandbabies. When she was not with family or enjoying nature, she was found frequenting the thrift shops. She could never resist a trip to Chen’s and always had a pot of coffee ready at home when people stopped by. Her vivacious personality is just part of the legacy Kathey Ann leaves behind. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 23 years, LB Williams; daughter, Christina Taylor, and husband, Scott; her beloved grandchildren: Haley Taylor and Joseph Taylor and his wife Jessica; adored great-grandchildren: Jaycee and Brynlee; two brothers: Michael and David Cryer; two sisters: Tammie Cryer and Belinda Matchett and husband, Michael; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and countless friends
