Juan Antonio Cruz Sr.

Juan Antonio Cruz, 63, of Crystal City, Texas passed away on September 23rd in Lufkin, Texas. Juan passed away due to an ongoing illness. He managed this illness for many years with strength. He wanted to spend as much time as possible with his loved ones. Before his health got worse, he would spend a lot of time outdoors. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. On special occasions or family gatherings he always wanted to be the one at the grill because, just like his idol Elvis, he was the King. But of the Grill. Not only was he a fan of Elvis, he was a loyal fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He never missed a game and always cheered them on. He is survived by his wife Margarita; his sons Johnny and Arturo; his daughters Yesenia Espinoza, Viviana, Elizabeth, and Maria; son-in-laws Raymundo Espinoza Jr and Gonzalo Mendoza; daughter-in-laws Adriana and Leticia; grandchildren Juan A Cruz III, Rubi, Susie, Junior, Jayden, Eli, Skylar, AJ, Ricky, Jackie, Julian, Kris, and Kaleb; his two sisters and brother; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters.
