Jimmy Lewis Powell

Jimmy Lewis Powell Sr. passed away at home on Monday, November 16, 2020 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Centerville, Texas on October 31, 1944 to James Madison Powell and Millie Mae Wilkins Powell. Jimmy is survived by his loving wife Brenda Gail Johnson Powell, daughter Doris Daphaline Powell Felchak, son Jimmy Lewis Powell Jr., two grandchildren, one great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, James Madison Powell and Millie Mae Wilkins Powell, sisters, Ann Black and Mary Seale Tullos, Patsy Hallmark, brother, Alfred Powell. A quote from Brenda his wife, “My best friend, husband and a wonderful father he chose to be not had to be.” Memorial service will be on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 10AM at Calvary Temple Assembly of God in Groveton Texas.
