Cecil Odell Proctor Jr.

The good Lord freed Cecil to fly free like an eagle November 06, 2021; forever loved and missed by many as he never knew a stranger. Cecil loved family, rock and roll, and music in general. He could be found crafting something different really cool from year to year. Cecil was preceded in death by his beloved son Cecil O. Proctor III, his mother Helen Proctor, his father Cecil Proctor Sr. his grandmother Gladys Lowe, his brothers Jesse and William (Bill) Proctor. Cecil is survived by his loving wife Janette, his sons Paul and Mike, daughters Christina, Gloria, Maryra, his grandsons Blaine, Maverick, Zack, Malia, Mason, Mabry and his brother Donnie. May Cecil soar on high with his eagles while he climbs that Stairway to Heaven! We Love you Dad!
